Introduction:

5G (5th generation mobile networks) is major overhaul of existing wireless communication networks with ability to cater and deploy new use cases .5G would bring lots of technologies under common platform It’s is a new type of network i.e. a platform for innovations that will not only enhances today’s mobile broadband services, but will also expand mobile networks to support a vast diversity of devices and services and connect new industries with improved performance, efficiency, and cost. 5G Explained would give participants insights of new uses case and new aspects of technologies and understanding of Overall architecture and associated concepts.

Objectives of this course:

At the end of this course participants will have an in-depth understanding of the following:

5G System architecture (Access Network, Transport,5G Core network), nodes / functions, interfaces / reference points, basic procedures and main architectural ideas.

The course will be building blocks to 5G like NFV/SDN and network slicing and how these are used to make the 5G System more efficient and flexible than earlier generations of 3GPP networks.
