ArcGIS Online and Mobile GIS using Survey 123 & QField

This is a comprehensive ten days course designed to help participants learn and understand how to use ArcGIS online, a cloud based mapping platform that offers collaboration tools for creating, visualizing, editing and sharing spatial information and also learn how to use ArcGIS Survey123 to create surveys, get answers, and analyze results. You will also explore the various components that make up ArcGIS Survey123 and learn how these components fit into the ArcGIS Survey123 workflow.

Utilize Survey123 items (forms, web maps, tabular reference data, survey records) stored in your ArcGIS Online and;

• Create, share, and analyze surveys easily

At the end of the training, participants shall have learnt the following:

• Explore the many benefits of working with ArcGIS Online.
• Participants shall learn the basic functions of a ArcGIS online as powerful tool for data analysis, retrieval and visualization.
• Participants will be able to use ArcGIS Online to symbolize, style and label data, configure popups, and create a finished map
• Participants shall learn how data can be uploaded to ArcGIS Online and then shared with colleagues, and third party users.
• Participants will be able to use ArcGIS Online to subset data and use some spatial analysis tools
• Participants will be aware of Map & Data Library services and know where to go for more help
• The course shall provide a complete field to office mobile mapping workflow to the participants. Participants shall use their mobile devices to collect data, load the data into ArcGIS online and create maps from data collected.
