The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, and development. This role emphasizes strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and place renewal business with appropriate carriers
• Conduct risk analysis and prepare renewal applications
• Review and present coverage options, exclusions, and conditions to clients
• Evaluate client risk profiles and provide coverage recommendations
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Ensure timely and accurate service and processing in line with company standards
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and underwriters
• Stay current on market trends and product offerings

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an Account Manager role
• 2 + years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Active P&C license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of insurance products and coverage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
