Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry has been a trusted name in Dallas, Texas for over 40 years. We're a family-owned business looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive & Office Operations Assistant to support our office operations, ownership team, and client-facing staff.
*This is a full-time, IN-PERSON position based in our Dallas showroom. Please DO NOT APPLY if you are not available to work onsite.

This role is ideal for someone with a blend of administrative, bookkeeping, inventory control, and customer service experience. You'll be an essential member of our close-knit team—handling daily operations, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth running of the showroom and back office.
