What You’ll Do

1. Advise on and execute a comprehensive operations strategy aligned with long-term organizational goals
2. Ensure compliance with all agreements and contracts
3. Lead organizational performance, setting and monitoring KPIs to drive consistency, efficiency, and resource optimization
4. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, methodologies, and process excellence tools
5. Collaborate with Data teams to develop feedback analytics that identify improvement and best-practice opportunities
6. Oversee the creation and management of detailed annual operating budgets, cash flow forecasting, and strategic financial decisions
7. Represent Cox & Co. within the Atlanta community—attending functions, developing stakeholder relationships, and building our brand presence
8. Manage, mentor, and develop staff; conduct annual and mid-year performance reviews
9. Partner with Executive Leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and knowledge sharing
10. Design and implement programs and processes that reduce operating costs, increase productivity, and enhance client satisfaction
11. Understand general legal documentation for the construction industry

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction, engineering, or related field
2. 5+ years of progressive experience within commercial construction or real estate
3. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities
6. Familiarity with industry-standard legal and contractual documentation
