Job Description

Rodgers has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Project Manager in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Capable of all project management responsibilities of ground-up construction
  • Preconstruction, change order management, financial reporting experience
  • Ability to manage teams on one large or multiple small projects
  • Ability to manage all aspects of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in high-end, quality interior construction
  • Experience working in occupied buildings
  • Knowledge of MEP systems
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor and train others
  • Capable of producing and updating detailed schedules in Microsoft Project
  • Ability to use accounting and project documentation software
  • Strong communication skills, ability to run meetings and coordinate with Owners and Designers
