PeerSource is currently recruiting for multiple Radiology Systems Analysts on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Summary

We are seeking a Radiology IT Systems Analyst to provide frontline support for diagnostic imaging systems and associated clinical applications. This role is vital in maintaining system uptime and smooth radiology operations by supporting imaging software, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting clinical staff with workflows. This hybrid position starts with full on-site onboarding and transitions to a flexible on-site/remote schedule, with local travel and after-hours on-call duties included.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line technical support for radiology IT systems including PACS, RIS, and dictation/voice recognition tools.
• Troubleshoot diagnostic imaging workflow issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Support user setup, access provisioning, and daily system maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls from radiology personnel.
• Maintain service documentation using internal ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to resolve software and connectivity issues.
• Assist with DICOM/HL7 interface issues and ensure seamless modality integration.
• Participate in scheduled upgrades, testing phases, and go-live support events.
• Travel locally to clinical sites for hands-on support and user training as required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of helpdesk or technical support experience in a healthcare or imaging setting.
• Working knowledge of radiology IT systems such as PACS, RIS, and dictation platforms.
• Familiarity with medical imaging standards and protocols, including DICOM and HL7.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing and remote access tools.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Health Informatics, Radiologic Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for local site visits.
• Experience with CT, MRI, and X-ray modality integration is a plus.
